Joni Andrioff joins Steptoe & Johnson to strengthen the exec compensation practice
Steptoe & Johnson has announced that Joni Andrioff has joined the firm as a partner in the Tax and ERISA, Labor & Employment Groups. She will work in the firm’s Chicago and Washington offices.
Ms. Andrioff brings more than 25 years of experience in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. She has advised corporate, tax-exempt and institutional fiduciary clients. Her work has included matters relating to ERISA fiduciary responsibility and prohibited transactions; transactions involving employer securities, employee benefit plan design, administration, funding and correction; executive compensation, including severance arrangements, employment agreements, deferred compensation, equity-based arrangements, nonqualified retirement plans, and SERPS; mergers and acquisitions; and health and welfare plans and trusts.
She joins from Littler Mendelson where she was a shareholder. Prior to this she was a Principal with Deloitte Tax, and a Partner at Jones Day.
