GE appoints Michael Gosk, Global Tax Director of GE Capital, as a Company officer
GE has announced the appointment of three new Company officers. Effective January 1, 2015, GE will have 195 officers globally who lead large revenue-generating businesses or are in critical technology or functional roles, helping to drive growth.
Michael Gosk, 44, has been appointed vice president, global tax director for GE Capital.
Gosk joined GE in 2008 and has held a series of leadership roles in tax for GE Capital. Most recently, he served as GE Capital tax director. Gosk holds a master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut in Hartford, Connecticut.
Prior to joining GE Michael was a tax partner at McDermott Will & Emery and before that a partner at KPMG.
