Dual qualified Peter Steen joins Michcon de Reya’s Trust & Succession Disputes team
Mishcon de Reya has announced the appointment of new a Partner. Peter Steen joins the firm’s Trust and Succession Disputes team from Farrer & Co.
Peter has practised in the contentious trusts and estates field for over eight years. He acts predominantly for corporate trustees, beneficiaries, and third parties with claims against trustees in cross-border disputes involving offshore trusts.
Prior to joining Farrer & Co, Peter practised in Jersey at Mourant Ozannes – notably acting for one of the corporate trustees in the Alhamrani litigation.
Peter was named as a ‘top 35 private client practitioner under the age of 35’ by Private Client Practitioner Magazine, and has been recognised in the Legal 500 directory as ‘one to watch’. He is also qualified in California and Ireland.
