Cohn Reznick has promoted Mark Livingston to the partnership.

Mark works in the Firm’s Hartford, CT office and has more than 18 years of experience. He specializes in federal tax and clients are primarily large corporations, both public and private. He has extensive experience working with consolidated returns, ASC 740, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, IRS exams, and similar matters. Throughout his career, Mark has worked with a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, software, retail, and renewable energy. Mark joined in 2013 as a Senior Tax Manager.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mark was a tax managing director at KPMG where he worked with several Fortune 500 companies.
