Global Head of Tax at Schneider Electric to join The Altice Group

Fabrice Vasa will be joining The Altice Group as Head of Group Tax on 1 July 2015

Mr Vasa was previously Head of Group Tax for Schneider Electric. He started his career at Arthur Andersen (in France) as a tax lawyer and progressively specialized in the M&A tax work. After Andersen he worked at Ernst & Young and Mayer Brown, where he advised Altice Group on multiple transactions.

Fabrice later decided to move in house and joined Pernod Ricard as senior tax manager in 2007. In 2012 he joined Schneider Electric, becoming head of group tax. In his last position he led the global tax and customs strategy and structured a team of 120 professionals located across the world.

The Altice Group is a multinational cable and telecommunications company with a presence in France, Israel, Belgium & Luxembourg, Portugal, French West Indies/ Indian Ocean Area and Dominican Republic (“Overseas Territories”) and Switzerland.
