Fox Rothschild offers Jennifer Benda partnership in Denver office

Jennifer Benda has resigned from Baker & Hostetler to accept a partnership offer from Fox Rothschild.

Ms Benda has extensive experience working on tax controversies both as a CPA and attorney. She started her career with Ernst & Young, then moved in house with Tenet HealthSystem as their Tax Manager. In 2001 she returned to consulting work, joining the Tax Controversy practice at KPMG.

Having completed her JD at George Washington University Law School in 2005, Jennifer switched profession and joined Baker & Hostetler as a Tax Attorney. She worked there for over 9 years.
