Pitcher Partners appoints 3 new tax partners

The Pitcher Partners Association has announced seven new partner appointments across the firms in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane bringing the total number of partners nationally to 93.

Pitcher Partners Brisbane appointed Simon Chun as partner in the Tax Consulting team. Mr Chun brings with him extensive experience in the corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and commercial joint venture structuring space, across parties from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and various ASEAN countries such as Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia and PNG.

Tax experts Stuart Dall (reported in April by Tax Grotto) and Ali Suleyman joined Melbourne’s Tax Consulting partnership team. Mr Dall has particular focus on matters involving capital management and funding, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investment, profit repatriation, and liaison with tax authorities.

Mr Suleyman specialises in providing expert advice in the areas of corporate taxation and the taxation of trusts. He also has ave specialist expertise in the Research and Development Tax Incentives available to encourage corporates to innovate.
