PwC Houston promotes 3 new tax partners

PwC US has announced that eight professionals from its Houston office have been admitted into the firm’s partnership. Three are tax specialists:

Sam Blossom, Mergers & Acquisitions

Sam has a broad range of experience in providing tax consulting advice to public and private companies in various industries, including transaction structuring considerations and due diligence investigations. Having specialized in M&A for the majority of his career, including time spent on the US desk in London, he has participated in numerous M&A transactions (US domestic as well as cross-border), including acquisitions, dispositions, spin-offs, tax-free reorganizations and corporate restructurings, strategies for preservation and utilization of net operating losses and other tax attributes.

Ernesto Galvan, International Tax

Tiffany Mauldin, Industry Tax

Tiffany has been with PwC since 2001, having graduated from the University of Georgia with a Masters in Accounting.
