Padgett Stratemann has promoted Lalo Guerrero to the partnership. Lalo joined the Firm in 2012 from BDO, where he was a Senior Manager. Earlier in his career Lalo worked at EY, Hines and Arthur Andersen.

He specializes in the taxation of real estate transactions and partnerships. Lalo is part of the PS&Co. real estate and manufacturing, retail and distribution service teams and typically advises on:
