New French Tax Leader for Skadden
Skadden has hired Thomas Perrot into the Paris office to lead the Firm’s French tax practice.
Mr. Perrot is expected to join Skadden in early November. He joins from Linklaters Paris where he has been a tax partner since 2012. His practice focuses on domestic and international M&A-related tax matters for listed and non-listed companies, as well as tax issues in connection with finance and financial instruments.
