2 new tax partners at Loyens & Loeff

Loyens & Loeff has announced its 1st Jan partner promotions.

Mr Joost van Helvoirt is a tax adviser and, since his employment in 2004, a member of the National Corporate practice group. He is based in Rotterdam but from 2006 to 2008 he worked in the Frankfurt office. In addition to his work for National Corporate clients, Joost also provides a contribution to the Loyens & Loeff German Desk. He specialises in interest deduction limitations and the innovation box.

Mr Vincent van der Lans has been a tax adviser since his employment in 2005. He is based in Amsterdam and focuses on North-American businesses with activities in the Netherlands, mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing issues. In 2008, he was seconded to an American law firm in New York, and he worked at the Loyens & Loeff office in New York from 2008 to 2011.
