KPMG promotes M&A specialist, Steven Heath, to tax partner

KPMG has announced the promotion of Steven Heath to tax partner.

Steven began his career with KPMG in 1995 in the Preston office. After 5 years he decided to move in-house with GUS PLC but returned to KPMG in 2001. he leads the firm’s deal advisory tax team in the North, Midlands and Scotland, working with a group of more than 15 professionals specialising in tax aspects of transactions.

Heath has significant experience in advising clients on tax due diligence projects, acquisition structuring and IPOs and works with many of the region’s mid-market private equity houses, such as NorthEdge. In 2011 he completed a 6 month secondment to Endless LLP.

He is based in the Manchester office.
