Kevin Edwards joins RSM’s Nottingham tax team
RSM has appointed Kevin Edwards as a tax partner in its Nottingham office.
Kevin is a corporate tax specialist who has worked for a wide range of clients including owner-managed businesses, subsidiaries of foreign parent companies and large UK based groups. In his career to date, he has also undertaken tax advisory work on restructuring, employee share schemes, mergers and acquisitions and advising on bespoke tax planning strategies.
Prior to joining RSM he was a tax partner with MacIntyre Hudson in their Peterborough office.
In addition, Kevin has successfully claimed tax credits on a number of R&D projects undertaken by market leading companies in the Technology, Manufacturing and Construction sectors.
Kevin originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant (FCA) after joining a Top 20 firm as a graduate trainee in 2000 and is also a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
