Michael Carter resigns from Addleshaw Goddard to join incentives team at Osborne Clarke
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in helping listed, private and global companies on all aspects of employee remuneration and employment taxes. He has a particular focus on the design, drafting and implementation of share and cash incentive plans for both executives and all employees. Before he joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2008, he was a partner and head of the executive compensation practice at KPMG.
Michael is ranked as a leading practitioner in his field in Chambers & Partners and in 2014, he was listed as a “Best Client Partner 2014” in a survey of FTSE 100 General Counsel for client service and satisfaction.
