Tom Roseff resigns from BDO to join Armstrong Watson in Leeds
Armstrong Watson has hired Tom Roseff as a tax partner in the Leeds office, where he will lead the tax service line.
Mr Roseff works with growing entrepreneurial, private and family owned businesses across a wide range of sectors, advising on tax-efficient business structuring and strategies to mitigate tax costs at both the business and shareholder level. He also has experience working with a large number of companies, directors, shareholders, investors, MBI candidates and MBO teams (and professional advisers) requiring advice and assistance with business sale, acquisition and/or reorganisations.
He specialises in real estate tax planning and has significant experience advising property investors, developers, real estate funds, lenders, construction businesses and owner occupiers of all sizes to mitigate tax liabilities and help unlock additional value from the transactions undertaken and assets held by clients.
Prior to joining Armstrong Watson Mr Roseff was Tax Director at BDO in Leeds.
