Mimi Song returns to CrossBorder Solutions as VP of Professional Services

Mimi Song joined CrossBorder Solutions on 1st March 2017 as Vice President of Professional Services, having previously worked for the company between 2003 and 2007 (and then a further year at Thomson Tax & Accounting, post acquisition).

Most recently Ms Song was Head of Transfer Pricing at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, where she has worked since 2009. Prior to that she was VP at Duff & Phelps.

In her new role Mimi will be responsible for supporting the transfer pricing documentation requirements of multinational clients. Commenting on her appointment to TaxGrotto, Mimi said:
