Andrea Fiorelli, Head of the Tax practice in Italy, added: “Together with Federico, we are working on an ambitious growth plan for our Tax practice in response to our clients’ needs and to the market demand for more and more sophisticated solutions. Our goal is to create a team of talented and reputed lawyers with integrated and complementary capabilities to cover all areas of specialization within the tax sector. ”
Fabrizio Capponi commented: “I was very interested in Dentons’ plans to strengthen the Tax practice, as well as very impressed with the Firm’s growth on both the international and national stage, its strength in Banking, M&A and Tax, and its strong global presence. Moreover, the Tax team is an important practice within the Firm and pays close attention to maintaining independence and avoiding conflicts of interest.”
Associate Filippo Jurina has also recently joined the Tax practice in the Milan office. He is a chartered accountant and was previously a tax specialist at Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners.
