EY New York hires Jonathan Stevens and Michael Lukacs
Jonathan Stevens joins the Transaction Tax practice of Ernst & Young LLP as a principal based in New York City. He had been a partner with Baker & McKenzie LLP where he worked since 2010 after spending four years as a partner with Jones Day. Stevens earned a Bachelor of Sciences and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond and his Juris Doctor from Temple University.
Michael Lukacs joins the International Tax Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Department as a principal located in the New York office. He comes to EY after spending over 10 years as a senior member of General Electric’s tax department, most recently as the global tax director for GE Digital. Michael Lukacs also spent nine years at PwC. He earned his LL.M. from Georgetown University School of Law, his J.D. from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor).
