Dominik Thomer joins Dentons in Dusseldorf as tax partner
Dentons has bolstered its German Real Estate and Tax practice with the recruitment of David Zafra Carollo and Dr. Dominik Thomer as partners in the newly opened Dusseldorf office.
Dominik Thomer is an experienced tax lawyer and advisor who focuses on domestic and international transactions in the real estate sector. In his many years of legal practice, he has advised on a series of high-volume portfolio transactions and assisted numerous investment fund companies and foreign investors on their real estate investments locally and abroad. He also advises on preliminary investigations by tax investigators and prosecution authorities in the context of suspected fiscal offences. At Dentons, he will work at the intersection of real estate and tax. Dominik Thomer will move to Dentons from Clifford Chance on June 1, 2019.
