New tax hires at KPMG USA
KPMG USA has announced a series of senior tax hires:
Alexandre M. Denault joins KPMG as a managing director in its Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice, based in Miami. He joins from Akerman LLP, where he was a partner.
Troy Duncan joins KPMG’s Trade & Customs Services practice as a managing director in the St. Louis office. He has more than 20 years of trade compliance, supply chain management, and software solution deployment experience.
Phil Garlett joins KPMG’s Business Tax Services practice as a managing director, based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Previously he served as a special counsel and reviewer at the Internal Revenue Service.
Jessica Tien joins KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice as a Tax principal based in San Francisco. She has over 20 years of global transfer pricing experience.
Julie Marion joins KPMG’s Washington National Tax practice as a principal supporting its passthroughs and tax credits and energy advisory services groups, based in Chicago. Most recently, she served as a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP.
Kerri L. McKenna joins KPMG as a managing director in its global reward services group in Philadelphia, part of the firm’s Global Mobility Services practice. She joins from PwC, where she served as a director in its global People & Organization practice.
Jeremy Paye rejoins KPMG in the firm’s Family Office practice, part of its Business Tax Services practice, as a managing director based in Orange County, California. Before joining KPMG, he served as vice president at Miven, Inc.
Alexander “Alex” V. Rasskazov rejoins KPMG in the firm’s Business Tax Services practice as a managing director, based in Anchorage, Alaska. He joins from another Big Four firm, where he served as a lead tax director for its on-shore compliance center
Robert Weyman joins KPMG’s State and Local Tax practice as a principal based in New York. He joins from Robert Reed Smith LLP, where he served as a partner in its state tax group.
