Paul Dickinson joins Themis Underwriting as Head of Tax (International)

Themis Underwriting has announced the recruitment of Paul Dickinson as their new Head of Tax (International).

Paul is a qualified tax accountant (ACA) with 18 years post-qualification experience. 

After training with the International Structuring Tax team at PwC, he spent 15 years in front office tax structuring/corporate M&A roles at major investment banks, including Barclays and most recently Deutsche Bank.  He has advised on and structured UK, European, Asian, US and Latam tax matters, including high value M&A deals and complex restructures spanning a broad range of clients and taxes. Paul brings with him significant UK and global tax expertise that allows Themis to carry out more of their tax underwriting in house and means that broking partners are always talking to the decision makers.
