Intertek recruits Ian Woolley as Transfer Pricing Lead

Ian Woolley has joined Intertek in London as Transfer Pricing Lead, effective from April 2020.

Ian trained as an Inspector of Taxes with HMRC where he worked for 12 years before joining PwC London, where he has spent the last 6 years.

He has extensive experience in APA and MAP negotiations, global documentation, PE attribution, intangibles analysis and business restructuring. Given his background he offers Intertek a fairly unique insight and skill in relation to HMRC TP negotiations.
