Francesca Orlando joins Curtis in Milan as tax counsel
Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP has announced the expansion of its Corporate practice in Italy with a round of new hires. These include the appointments of Ms. Daniela Della Rosa and Mr. Giovanni A. Sagramoso as new corporate partners and of Ms. Francesca Orlando as new tax counsel.
Ms. Francesca Orlando has wide experience in international taxation, including transfer pricing matters, abuse of law, real estate, financial transactions, corporate reorganizations and VAT. She also provides assistance on tax audits as well as tax litigations before the Supreme Court and Tax Courts. Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Orlando provided a comprehensive range of tax advisory services for top-ranking domestic and international groups, as well as banks, insurance and pharmaceutical companies.
