Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP has announced that Klas S. D. Holm has joined the firm as a partner in its International Tax practice, based in New York. Mr. Holm had been a partner in the Tax practice at Baker & McKenzie LLP.

Mr. Holm specializes in tax matters relating to global transactions, including structuring and execution of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures/partnerships and spin-off transactions and drafting and negotiation of related agreements. He also brings more than 20 years of experience structuring cross-border corporate reorganization/restructuring projects, global tax minimization projects, IP migration, holding company structures, supply chain structuring and transfer pricing matters.

Mr. Holm earned his LL.M. at New York University School of Law as well as his J.D. with highest honors at Stockholm University School of Law in Sweden. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
