Nilesh Ashar returns to KPMG Dubai as International Tax Partner

KPMG in Dubai has welcomed back Nilesh Ashar, who rejoins the firm as an international tax partner. He will be advising a range of cross-sector clients on regional and global tax issues, including cross-border structuring, PE advisory, M&A tax, transfer pricing and the more recently introduced economic substance regulations.

Mr Ashar joins from WTS Dhruva Consultants where he has led the international tax and transfer pricing practice since 2018. Before this he led the international tax practice for KPMG in the UAE.
