Niamh Caffrey appointed tax partner at Mason Hayes & Curran

Irish law firm Mason Hayes & Curran LLP has announced the appointment of Niamh Caffrey as a partner in the firm’s Tax team. Niamh is a very experienced tax lawyer who advises international and domestic clients on tax planning and structuring across sectors such as healthcare & life sciences, energy, technology, real estate and international trade. She also advises financial institutions, private equity and investment management firms on tax matters relevant to structuring transactions including investment funds, structured finance and securitisation transactions.
