Azets acquires Roffe Swayne
Azets, the top ten UK accounting, tax and business advisory firm and the largest SME regional practice across Europe, has announced its acquisition of Roffe Swayne, an accountancy and tax advisory firm based in Godalming, Surrey and one of the largest independent chartered accountants in the South East of England.
Founded in 1935, Roffe Swayne are now trading as Azets and the acquisition creates a significant local professional services firm serving businesses and individuals across Surrey and the South East.
Existing clients of Azets, who already have a strong local presence with an office in Guildford, and Roffe Swayne clients will benefit from a wider range of services to support their future growth including audit, accounting, tax advisory and compliance, corporate finance, forensics and payroll services. Clients that need to expand into new markets will also benefit from access to a large professional services network across the UK and Europe in addition to gaining more opportunities to learn from and benchmark against other enterprises and SMEs in their sector.
