Brit Insurance appoints Aarti Leadbetter as Head of Tax

Brit Insurance, a leading global specialty insurer and reinsurer focused on underwriting complex risks, has recruited a new Head of Tax.

Aarti Leadbetter joined Brit in July 2021 to lead the tax team.

She was previously the Head of Tax Policy and Senior Manager (direct tax) at Lloyd’s, where she has worked for the past 4 years. Aarti trained with KPMG and left the firm as a Tax Manager to move in-house with Lloyd’s. She is a Cambridge graduate and a chartered accountant.
