New tax hires at KPMG US

Bradley Parker joins KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice as a principal based in Silicon Valley. Most recently he worked in as Intel’s director of Global Transfer Pricing and US Tax Controversy, and prior to that he served at another Big Four firm.

Giuseppe (Pino) Cristallo joins KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice as a managing director based in New York. He joins from EY where he was most recently a senior manager in its Transfer Pricing practice.

John Tomaszewski joins KPMG as a managing director in the Global Mobility Services Global Reward Services practice based in New York. He joins from BDO, where he was a managing director in its Compensation and Benefits practice.

Mark Achord joins KPMG as a managing director in our State and Local Tax (SALT) Income Franchise practice based in Philadelphia. He joins us from EY, where he was most recently a senior manager in its SALT practice.

Quyen Huynh joins KPMG’s Washington National Tax’s (WNT) International Tax group as a principal. She joins from the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of International Tax Counsel where she served as Deputy International Tax counsel for Treaty Affairs. Quyen was also the U.S. delegate to the OECD on tax treaty and mutual administrative assistance matters. Prior to, Quyen worked at PwC and the Internal Revenue Service.

Adam Kelfer joins KPMG’s Transfer Pricing team in its Economic and Valuation Services practice as a managing director based in Dallas. He joins from Deloitte where he served as a senior manager in its Transfer Pricing practice.

Kory Schestag joins KPMG’s Ignitions operations team in its Business Tax Services practice as a partner. He joins from PwC, where as a director in its Insourced Solutions Practice, he focused on helping the firm deliver its managed service solution.

Jia Ling Chin joins KPMG’s Business Tax Services practice as a managing director based in New York. She joins from EY, where she most recently served as a senior tax manager in the Private Client Services practice of its Financial Services Office.

Vishal (Vish) Amin has joined KPMG as a managing director in its WNT Pass-throughs and Incentives group. He joins from the IRS where he focused on most recently on COVID relief, qualified opportunity zone guidance and IRS compliance campaigns. Prior to that, Vishal was with KPMG’s WNT Pass-throughs and Incentives Group.

Jeff Ikejiri joins KPMG as a principal within our recently established Legal Operations Transformation Services (LOTS) group to help clients “reimagine” their legal functions. Jeff joins from EPIQ, a legal technology services firm, where he headed up the firm’s legal transformation services. Prior to, Jeff led legal and business services at UNITEDLEX, a technology and legal services company. Jeff has also worked in management consulting, served as the legal senior practice director at RPG, as a law firm litigator and as a Congressional liaison for the U.S. Navy.

Jessie Coleman joins KPMG Washington National Tax’s Transfer Pricing Group as a principal based in Washington D.C. Prior to, she headed the Tax Office at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. As Tax Office head, Jessie’s responsibilities included analyzing and proposing solutions to tax-related risks in IFC projects, and developing and implementing tax-related policies and procedures related to both the OECD Inclusive Framework and the OECD Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes.
