Dentons strengthens Tax practice in Italy with a new team headed by Gianmarco Tortora

Global law firm Dentons has recruited Gianmarco Tortora as a partner in the Tax practice in Milan. He joins along with a team composed of lawyer Marco Fasola and trainee Alice Pendenza.

Gianmarco Tortora provides tax advice to both corporate and private clients, with a particular focus on corporate income tax, VAT, and cross-border investment structures. He also has extensive experience in tax litigation, tax ruling procedures, tax audits, and pre-litigation stages with the Italian Tax Authorities. Throughout his professional career, he has assisted clients operating in various sectors, including transportation, sports, real estate, finance, and technology. Before joining Dentons, he was a partner at LCA, and prior to that, a managing associate in the tax practice of BonelliErede.
