Widely Recognized Tax Partner, Carolyn Joy Lee, Joins Jones Day
Prominent tax attorney Carolyn Joy Lee has joined the global law firm Jones Day as a partner in the approximately 300-lawyer New York Office. She was formerly a partner at Roberts & Holland LLP.
“Carolyn’s considerable experience in state and local taxation and the taxation of real property transactions enhances our strong tax practice,” said Carl Jenks, partner and coordinator of the Jones Day New York Tax Practice. “Members of the Jones Day Tax Practice have known and worked with Carolyn for many years and have found her to be one of the most outstanding practitioners in her area in New York.” “Carolyn adds a very important new dimension to the multistate tax practice of Jones Day. We are exceptionally pleased to have her join our national team,” said David Cowling, partner and head of Jones Day’s state and local tax practice.
