Perkins Coie recruits Wendy Moore into its executive compensation practice
Perkins Coie has announced that Wendy Moore has joined the firm’s Corporate practice and Tax, Benefits & Compensation subgroup as a partner in the Palo Alto office.
Wendy focuses on advising both public and private companies on the securities, corporate, employment and tax issues that arise in her executive compensation practice. Due to her diversified practice, she will work closely with a number of the firm’s practices, including Emerging Companies & Venture Capital, Corporate & Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Wendy regularly guides clients through all stages of the corporate life cycle. She counsels emerging company clients on equity compensation structures, developing employment, equity, bonus, severance, negotiating executive agreements on behalf of employers and deferred compensation and chance of control agreements.

Wendy was previously a partner at Jones Day and earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
