Vladimir Didenko Joins Magister & Partners’ Tax Practice as a Partner
Magister & Partners, a leading CIS-based international law firm, announced today that Vladimir Didenko joined its Kyiv Tax Practice as a Partner on March 24. The appointment responds to the rapidly growing tax related inquiries and significantly adds to the overall depth of the Firm’s tax expertise.
Vladimir Didenko has over 15 years of experience advising domestic and multinational companies on complex tax matters while working for PricewaterhouseCoopers Ukraine. At his previous position Mr. Didenko specialized in advising on structuring of investments and operations and serviced clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, industrial and consumer goods, real estate, technology and financial services. He earned a degree in economics from Kiev Institute of National Economy.
Vladimir’s profound tax expertise greatly complements Magister & Partners’ strategy on building up a leading Tax Practice across the CIS focusing on domestic and international M&A, real estate and banking and financial sectors. In his new role Vladimir Didenko will work closely with Oleh Marchenko, Partner and Head of Tax Practice in coordinating the provision of tax services across the team’s client base in Kyiv.
