Bernard Yu joins Baker Tilly Singapore as Tax Partner
Baker Tilly announced today the admission of Bernard Yu as Partner, Tax. With over 20 years of tax experience spanning across two Big 4 international accounting firms, Bernard’s experience ranges from tax compliance to tax advisory with extensive experience in the merger and acquisition tax space ranging from tax due diligence to pre- and post-deal tax structuring across various jurisdictions and industries.
Bernard holds a Bachelor (Hons) Accounting and Finance Degree from Lancaster University, UK and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK as well as a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
