Two new silks at Pump Court Tax Chambers

Sir Duncan Nicholl has announced this year’s list of new QCs.

The successful candidates include David Ewart and Julian Ghosh from Pump Court Tax Chambers. The formal ceremony takes place on 16th October.

David Ewart specialises in all areas of taxation, both corporate and personal. He was educated at Oxford and called to the Bar in 1987.

Julian Ghosh’s practice covers all areas of taxation. He is particularly well known for his corporate work and that involving European taxation issues. He was educated at Oxford and Edinburgh universities and called in 1993. He is co-author of “Taxation of Loan Relationships, Financial Investments and Foreign Exchange”.
