Sean O’Hare joins PwC UK human resource services from KPMG
Sean O’Hare has joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a partner. He advises remuneration committees and companies on all aspects of executive reward and employee remuneration. He has advised many of the FTSE100 on developing global remuneration strategies and programmes, and has recently written the Institute of Chartered Secretaries (ICSA) Remuneration Committees Guide.
O’Hare joins from KPMG to help continue the growth of PricewaterhouseCoopers executive compensation business. He has an interest in all aspects of executive pay, but in particular governance, boardroom effectiveness and investor relations.
