Noelle Kelleher joins Deloitte Melbourne as Superannuation Tax Partner
Deloitte Australia continues to grow its superannuation practice with the appointment of a number of senior industry players including this week, Michael Monaghan, the former CEO of Intech Investment Consultants and the recent appointment of a senior Big Four superannuation tax partner, Noelle Kelleher.
The appointments follow the acquisition by Deloitte in 2006 of actuarial superannuation advisers Buttler Walker and its high profile principal Wayne Walker. In 2007 superannuation consultants Matthew Lang and Susan Woods from Tiburon Consulting also joined Deloitte as partners, bringing in a team of eleven.
Deloitte Actuaries and Consultants managing partner Andrew Gale said, “Australia has the fourth largest wealth management industry in the world with superannuation accounting for approximately 85% of that industry. By December 2015 Australia will rank first in the Asia Pacific region and Deloitte aims to be a dominant provider of professional services to the sector.
Gale welcomed Michael Monaghan’s and Noelle Kelleher’s appointments to Deloitte, describing them as key in today’s market which “requires careful strategising, segmentation, and service and product development”.
