Head of Tax at KPMG Aberdeen is promoted to Office Senior Partner
Martin Findlay, Head of Tax at KPMG’s Aberdeen office, has become the new office senior partner with effect from April 2016. He succeeds Duncan MacAskill who will be retiring this summer.
Mr Findlay has been with KPMG for 24 years, working in Aberdeen and London. He has been partner in charge of the tax department in Aberdeen since October 2000 leading a team of 25, providing full service tax advice covering the breadth of corporate, indirect, employee, expatriate, international, transfer pricing and innovations tax.
Mr Findlay said: “Duncan leaves an important legacy in terms of the breadth and depth of service that we are now able to deliver from Aberdeen. We have a multinational team with very strong global networks, as the office continues to attract talent with a focus on working in the energy sector.
