Craig Miller resigns from PwC to join Webber Wentzel

Craig Miller, an M&A tax specialist, has resigned from the PwC partnership and will be joining Webber Wentzel as a tax director in March.

Mr Miller advises on blue chip M&A transactions and corporate re-organisation transactions. He also counsels clients on the tax-efficient structuring of in and outbound investment opportunities.

Prior to joining PwC Mr Miller led EY’s African Transaction Tax practice.
