Martin Phelan appointed Head of Tax at Simmons & Simmons (Ireland)

Simmons & Simmons has recruited Martin Phelan to lead its Irish tax team. Mr Phelan joined the firm in January 2021, having spent the last 21 years with William Fry, where he was Head of Tax.

Mr Phelan is qualified as a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Adviser, a Barrister and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
